Our principles for collecting Carrier data are: When we collect Carrier data, the individual rights of the Agent must be protected. All Carrier data must be collected and processed in a legal and fair manner. The personal data of the Agent must be processed only for specific purposes.

ASM may collect and receive several different types of Carrier statements with Agent’s client specific data for various purposes. This data may include, but is not limited to:
• First name and last name
• Policy Number
• Phone Number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

‍How we use data
ASM uses the collected Carrier statement data for various purposes:
• To provide you with requested services
• To store Carrier statements in a safe SOC2, Type II cloud environment
• To provide customer support
• We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

‍Legal basis for collecting data
ASM’s legal basis for collecting and using the Carrier statements which contain personal data described in this Data Protection Policy depends on the personal data we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:
• ASM needs to perform a contract with you
• You have given ASM permission to do so
• Processing your Carrier and personal data is in ASM’s legitimate interests
• ASM needs to comply with the law

ASM will retain your Carrier statements only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Data Protection Policy. ASM will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
